Acupuncture is a healing practice of traditional Chinese medicine Qi = ENERGY; Traditional Chinese Medicine is all about Qi - the yin and yang. When the flow of Qi and Blood stagnate or are obstructed, pain or illness will likely occur. Acupuncture can remove blockages and stagnation in the Qi and Blood and regulate their natural flow to restore health.

Dr. Ray Himmelman is licensed with the Medical Board of Minnesota.

Community acupuncture is essentially a private group session.

During your appointment, you and other acupuncture patients receive services in the same room at the same time, while relaxing in a zero-gravity chair.

Dr. Ray meets individually with each client for a brief holistic assessment before placing needles. Acupuncture needles are sterile surgical steel and single-use.

Sessions are donation based, so pay what you can.
